Smart manufacturing

The solution combines two product lines: the Industrial Drawing Agent moves accurate engineering data into manufacturing systems, while the Industrial Visual Inspection Agent closes the loop on shop-floor quality data. Typical delivery connects 3D/2D drawings, BOMs, process routes and quality actions with end-to-end evidence.

Typical scenarios

Scenario 1: Drawings, BOMs and process routes

Before a design change reaches machining or assembly, the Industrial Drawing Agent analyses 3D models and 2D engineering drawings, including STEP assemblies and welding drawings, and validates revisions and features. It generates and aligns BOMs from assembly structures, parts lists and material tables, then uses enterprise process rules to draft operations, steps, tooling and control points. Results can be delivered as templated Excel analyses, Word process documents and automatically annotated drawings. After review, approved data is written to MES work orders and process-route libraries with primitive and rule lineage.

Typical application scenarios

  • Pump and valve housings: analyse CAD assemblies and multipage PDF drawings together, compare generated BOM rows with ERP material master data, and route exceptions for process review.
  • Sheet-metal weldments: generate a process-route draft from flat patterns and weld symbols, including operation order, groove requirements and nondestructive-testing controls, then issue it after engineer approval.
  • Non-standard line upgrades: ingest mixed historical 2D/3D files and build a traceable drawing-number → BOM-row → process-card chain for audit and review.

Industry notes: pump/valve drawing-to-material one-to-many substitutions; sheet-metal flat pattern vs purchase part numbers; weld symbols and NDT requirements must land on operation cards, not only PDF annotations.
